Welcome to Pune Companions. These rules tell you how to use our site. By using this site, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, please stop using the site now.

1. You Must Be 18 or Older

This site is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. By entering, you promise that you are old enough. Our services are for adults only. They require you to be responsible and mature.

2. What We Do

Pune Companions is a site for independent models to show their profiles. We help with introductions and social dates. We do not allow any illegal acts. All dates are private meetings between adults. If you try to do something illegal, we will ban you forever.

3. How to Behave

Our models are very professional. We expect you to be respectful too. These things are NOT allowed:

• Rudeness: Using mean or offensive words.
• Safety: Any act that hurts the model.
• Drugs: Using illegal drugs during a date.
• Cameras: Taking photos or videos of the model.

4. Booking Rules

You can book through WhatsApp or a call. Once you book, we expect you to show up. If you cancel at the last minute too often, we may ban you. Also, a model can stop any date if she feels unsafe or unhappy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pune Companions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Pune Companions and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on punecompanions.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You must not: republish material from our site, sell/rent/sub-license our content, or reproduce/duplicate/copy material for commercial gain without our express permission.

7. Goverance & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra for any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the website.
